    About Me

I'm a teacher's union president with a passion for cooking, politics, camping, and scrapbooking. My favorite cookbook is my personal one that I've compiled on my computer over the past 25 years (well, the recipes, that is, since computers haven't existed that long!).

    Favorite Foods

Used to be potatoes, cooked any way. But now that I'm diabetic, I no longer eat potatoes. So, I guess it's the filet mignon for a main dish. I'm famous for my Chocolate French Bread Pudding, Chile Colorado, and 4-Taste Linguine, all of which are really not MINE since I got them off TV or from friends a long time ago.
