"I made this for an office lunch BBQ. This one was my favorite out of the four styles of shrimp that I made. Everything is better with bacon."

"I made this for an office lunch BBQ. Everyone loved it. It was simple to make. As far as the onion goes, I used a red one. It turned the shrimp a neon pink color. Other than the new wave look of the marinade, it was tasty."

"I made this for an office lunch BBQ. Everyone loved it. It was simple to make. The only thing I had trouble with was the BBQ Spice. I don't know what that is, nor did I read any of the review (until now. I simply used a spice rub that I picked up in the bulk section at my market. It was tasty."

"I could not find the cornichons so I left them out. I added a can of sliced mushrooms (drained. I also used bite size pieces of top sirloin. Next time I think I will use even smaller pieces of meat and only brown the meet and then toss into the sauce as it thickens.
Good eats eather way. Thanks Rachael."

"I liked the idea of making two things at once. The beans and the meat came out great. I did make a few modifications. First I cut my roast into four large chunks. Then I used a 32oz of chicken broth and then topped off with water. I also place a good cup of chopped cilantro."
