I'm a married stay at home mother of four awesome kids. I have one going to high school next year and one going to college next year. I also have 2 year old twins, so I don't have as much time to cook as I like, but cooking is a hobby of mine. Cooking doesn't really come natural to me, but I have improved through trial and error over the years. I would love to have a true understanding of how ingredients work together, and which ones compliment each other best, so that I can create my own recipes to pass on to my children someday. Many of the meals I cook for my family, are the same meals that my mother cooked for our family when I was a child. I have great kids who would never say, "mom, I didn't like what you cooked," but what they don't realize is that I can tell if they really liked it or not. If my family enjoyed the meal that I cooked, they will be sneaking into the fridge the next day to eat leftovers before I can serve them for dinner again. However, the times that they don't enjoy it so much are the times that I wish we had a dog because the meal will sit in the fridge until the food goes bad and the containers need to be washed! Unassisted, I am an OK cook, but Recipe Zaar makes me seem like a much better cook than I really am! Thanks Recipe Zaar!!!
I don't really have a favorite food, but I do love a good cheeseburger!
