    "My family and I loved this recipe. Halfway through cooking, I added some potatoes and a little salt to the pot and they came out wonderful. I also took Andrea in NH's suggestion and made gravy with the drippings. I think I might use a little less pepper next time though. Thanks for a great recipe!"
