Reviewed Leftover Veggie Chicken Stir-Fry
"I tried this recipe tonight. Everyone loved it. Love the fact that you can change it up by using different meats or veggies. I used a bag of frozen Oriental veggies and chicken. I look forward to making this again and so does the rest of the family. Quick, easy and oh so good!"

I live on the east coast of
Virginia but am originaly from North Carolina. I am married and have grandchildren now. My husband likes to eat and had a wonderful cook for a mother so I have had to step up to the bat. I love cooking and often have my kids and grands over to eat. When I put out the invitation, I seldom get a refusal. I like Southern Living cookbooks and church and community cookbooks because there aren't too many strange ingredients in most of those recipes.
