    About Me

My name is Michale (pronounced like Michael) and I live with my fiance in a very small apartment. He is a graphic designer and I have no career at this point... I've been hopping from one serving job to another for the past 10 years. We are saving up for our wedding and and spend most of our time together. We are definitely BEST FRIENDS! I love to cook hearty meals for him... and cakes, pies, and cookies for me! Baking is a fascinating science; you mix a few ingredients together to get a wet mush, and then after popping it in the oven it turns into something completely different (and hopefully something tasty)!

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods to cook are ones that you prepare and then pop in the oven... I don't like to do soups and stir-fries and dishes that require constant attention. I hate it when I spend a couple of hours on a soup and it doesn't turn out the way I want it to. So much time wasted! I like to bake and and make meat and potato dinners.
