"A family fave! This never appealed to my hubby until he tried it, and now he craves it and requests often. Would eat the whole thing himself if I allowed it!It's a GREAT dessert to take to picnics, parties, work events, etc. People really do love this stuff. A few suggestions of my own though: the pineapple is unnecessary! I prefer it..."

"Recipezaar'ers: you gotta try this one! It is one of our favorites! It works well as an appetizer, a side dish, or even a late-night snack after a long night out! : Thanks for posting, yooper, my husband and I end up sharing this recipe with everyone. I'm glad you did, too."

"Well ... I made some changes to this recipe, but it was FABULOUS. Instead of the onion powder & oregano, I used 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic. I added water to the soy sauce (since I prefer it low-sodium and didn't have any on hand -- 1/4 cup of pineapple juice -- some Red Hot sauce -- and a shake or two of grill seasoning, instead of just pe..."

"I had this recipe a long time ago, and lost it ... and here I found it again! This is one of my very favorites ... its quick, easy, and delicious. I love the idea of red pepper flakes. We topped it w/ mozzarella because we didn't have parmesan, and it was great! Love this soup, thanks for posting."

"The breading process got a little messy, but no pain -- no gain, right? Totally worth it. And I don't even LIKE zucchini, I made this for my hubby. I served w/ homemade "horsey sauce," and it was GONE within minutes. We loved it and would make again, for sure. Thanks Uncle Bill!"

"My breadcrumbs also got clumpy ... but I made Rachael Ray's version a few months ago (with corn meal, and it was not nearly as good. It got tough -- and the coating just didn't cut it. But this! What a great snack. Probably not the healthiest thing to eat, but it's rich and you don't need a lot. It definitely satisfies that fried-food cravin..."

"Although I varied on some things, and didn't follow the recipe EXACTLY, it was fabulous! I used raisins instead of nuts, and low fat mayo / low fat sour cream instead of the Cool Whip. I stuffed the chicken into whole wheat pitas and served to my family, and we were in heaven. No guilt either! The combination of sweet and savory really worked,..."

"This recipe is quick and easy -- and the apples and cauliflower make a compliment each other nicely. Just for added texture, I chopped up some toasted pecans that I had on hand and threw them in. However, the dressing itself was very bland. (I did use low-fat mayo to keep in tune w/ my diet. I should have tried adding in a dash of rice vinega..."
