    About Me

I come from a varied cultural background of German, Irish and Potawatomi. Ended up married to a Nigerienne. Cooking is a sort of therapy for me in general. I'm probably the only meat eater in the world that likes tofu and vegetarian cooking in general. I try to be as much "from scratch" as possible but it's hard to do when you are a work-a-holic. I'm also very interested in Amish and old German cooking.
