"DH requested nachos for dinner tonight, so yours was the lucky recipe I made! I'm glad I did! These were much better than what our favorite Mexican restaurant serves. DH LOVED them and it satisfied his craving. This recipe definitely makes a lot. Would be great as an appetizer for a party!"

"YUMMY!!! So moist and tender, of course, it's the butter that makes all the difference. I cut up a whole chicken, and left skin on half, skinned the other half, and even the skinless turned out moist! This is a great easy way to eat up some chicken!"
