"These were pretty good and healthy for chocolate chip cookies. They taste healthy, but they don't taste bad at all, and it's something you actutally feel good about eating! Next time I'm going to use half applesauce and half olive oil. I think I will add some flax seeds too next time. Thanks so much, this is now our healthy cookie recipe!"

"Yum! This cake is perfect by all means! I made this for my friend's birthday & she adores chocolate, so I was VERY nervous to make her a chocolate cake. But this tasted supreme, looked brilliant and EVERYONE loved it! I omitted the pecans, and used chocolate chips instead of PB morsels. I could have used more of the frosting in the middle layer..."

My DH is a lasagna-snob, so I was very nervous to try this, but he loved it too and has requested it again. I'm thinking of adding some olives and mushrooms next time around. Thanks SO much-this is now in my Tried and True c..."

I use as a dip, on wraps, sandwiches, with veggies and also by the spoonful! I have also added a couple of sun-dried tomatoes for a little extra pizzazz, although the original recipe is f..."
