"I made these today and cut back on the sugar. I think the recipe could use more pumpkin but not sure how much. I didn't get a real good pumpkin flavor from these. I used a cup of sugar for the batter and that was sweet enough."

"This recipe is very easy. My 3 1/2 year old was able to do this, no joke. She loves croissants. They were tasty but they are not super flakey like the kind you get in the bakery section at the store. The consistency is more like the pre-made kind that you unravel out of a tube. I gave 4 stars because they didn't come out flakey but they were tasty..."
