"The flavor of this was amazing, I couldn't wait to make this after I saw the episode!!! I did have a problem though, it really never thickened to a pudding consistency. "Very yummy, perfect consistency. I added the zest of one orange to the rice mixture after adding the milk and also increased the sugar to 3/4 cup and vanilla to 1 tsp. "A very nice and easy meal! This was my first attempt at ribs and was really pleased. I added some garlic powder to the rub and broiled them for about 5 minutes on each side to give them the perfect crispness. My only regret is that I didn't have enough ribs!!! I will definitely do this again and try different sauces. Thanks for a winner!"
