    About Me

    Q: What inspires you to cook? 

    A: That's easy -  my husband! 

    Q: What are your pet peeves?

    A: Grease splatter on any surface but especially on the stovetop - even the teeny tiniest amount makes me wince! Also, I loathe dirty windshields but that's another subject unrelated to cooking.

    Q: What cuisine styles or recipes, if any, are you currently interested in?

    A: I have 2 completely different interests at the moment.

    1. Any wheat-free, sugar-free (processed/refined sugar) and dairy-free recipes and ideas. Faster the better!
    2. Russian cuisine - mainly for my husband because he misses it but also because there are so many yummy and fresh summertime recipes that I, too, miss finding here in the US.
