"So good!! What a simple recipe, i'll never buy store stuff again!! I used 3 honeycrip and 1 macintosh. The mac kept its shape so I just took my immersion blender to the sauce and it came nice and smooth. Thanks for posting!!"

"What a delicious cookie and very easy to make even for a novice baker! I made these and a couple of other cookies for Christmas and these were the first to go! I'm making them again for New Years and will double the batch and using blackberry preserves for the other half. The only change I made was to use milk instead of water on the glaze. Gr..."

"Made this cake in a bundt pan for Easter and the family loved it!! It is a very moist cake but i'm not sure how much the freezer step had to do with it. I think i'll skip it next time and see how it does. The cooking time in my oven took 1 1/2 hours so do be patient, it's worth it. Otherwise the only adjustment I made was on the icing. I left..."

"Made these pancakes for breakfast today and my family gobbled them up! They are filling and had plenty left to freeze for a quick breakfast for my 2 y.o. I did make a few adjustments based on some reviews. I used more cornmeal than flour and halved the salt. I did'nt have buttermilk on hand so I did the vinegar and milk trick which worked out f..."

"My mom introduced this to me aobut a week ago for the first time. I didn't think i'd like it since i'm not a fan of farina or grits but I loved this recipe. The only difference is that she adds about 3/4 cup of milk at the end of cooking before serving. I tried it with some butter but LOVED it with maple syrup. I will make it in my own home an..."

"What a great recipe to make for a new twist on a traditional favorite. This recipe went together easily, i'm not a baker and this was right up my alley. Though I do have to say that I did cut back on the amount of sugar to half and it was still plenty sweet. I also substituted pumpkin pie spice (1 1/2tsp since I already had it in the cupboard. ..."
