    Recipes are life to me. I'm a wife and a Mom to a very energetic 4 year old. I'm a traveler and I love culinary adventures. Our family loves picnics. I love full flavor. I experiment, I create and I learn. I am fulfilled when I cook. I enjoy each individual ingredient and the value it brings to my dish. I appreciate different food cultures and how they influence each of us to think about the food we are putting in to our mouths. I've updated the traditional and adapted it to today's budget and ever moving lifestyle. I love to grow my own food, preserve it. I share recipes and my passion for creating tasty dishes every chance I get. I laugh when my son asks for truffle Mac and cheese and for cornichons in his tuna fish sandwich. I love to teach him to cook and bake.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite dishes to cook are broiled fish and soups. I love baking bread and experimenting with spices and herbs. I enjoy canning my own salsas and pasta sauces with the vegetables I grow in my garden. If I had to choose my food style it would be French American. I would love to learn more about Asian cuisine and become an expert on Asian ingredients and cooking styles. I would say Italian pasta and slow roasted meats are my go to when I want to feel comforted and filled.
