I am in my mid-30s and work full time for a non-profit. I enjoy experimenting and trying out different cuisines. Healthy eating is important to me, but I also like to make myself comfort foods every once in a while. As I adopted a vegetarian diet about 7 years ago, most of the recipes I've posted here more recently are vegetarian.
Though I'm from the US, I rarely make American food. I enjoy dishes from all over the world, but especially Indian, Thai and Italian foods. I try to keep my kitchen stocked with flavorful and spicy ingredients.
Also, baking almost never fails with me; I must have gotten that from my grandmother. :)
