    About Me

I am a retired church secretary and legal secretary. I am developing a whole new way of cooking for my diabetic husband who was recently diagnosed with MS. His doctors want his diet to be completely grain-free and starch-free. I have some great recipes created by my sister and me, but we are a bit short on vegetable "sides." Anyone else cooking for someone with both diabetes and MS?

    Favorite Foods

Chocolate - though I don't indulge very often; Carrot Souffle from Piccadilly (I make my own with sugar substitute, but it's not as good as theirs!)
