"I had to use parmesean in this but this was outstanding. One of the best recipes I've tried lately and I've tried some real winners. The garlic, balsamic and olive oil just are amazing with the tomatos and cheese."

"I had a partial loaf of left over bread so I pared the recipe down. The mix of herbs is very nice. I didn't have pickled garlic so I just used fresh. I'm not sure what the pickling would do to change the taste but we didn't miss it."

"We loved the mix of flavors. I used my George Foreman to do the grilling. Next time I'll use the charcoal grill because I think that it will give this a great smokey flavor."
