    "I found this to be more cakey than chewy, I think next time I wouldn't bake it as long. Very nice tasting though! I suspect it will taste even better the next day. :"

    "Yum - I never would have thought to cook beans like this!! I combined the beans, oil, salt and pepper in a plastic bag and shook them around so they were thoroughly coated. The come out sweet and crunchy - reminds me a little of kumara! Will add some garlic cloves into the mix next time for a bit of zing :D"
