    "Yes, this IS authentic chicken fried steak, as we in the west/southwest cook it (in our sleep We put some baking powder to puff the breading a bit, and always use garlic powder in flour but overall, this what Texans and other states in our region consider the authentic "CFS", with cube steak, and there are countless reviews/surveys/magazin ..."
