"Had really high hopes but this was just okay. Gave the third star for ease of preparation."

"Following some of the reviewers suggestions, I added thyme, basil, minced garlic, and a bag of frozen corn. The suggestion to temper the cream cheese before adding worked like a charm. Instead of removing potatoes and broth to thicken it I grabbed my mixing wand and after a few pulses it was ready to go."

"Loved it! The only change I made was adding more ginger and brown sugar because I used regular soy sauce and the saltiness was overpowering. I used water chestnuts, carrots, mushrooms and snow peas for my vegetables and served it over brown rice. The family raved over the meal from start to finish. Thanks for making our first "Meatless Monday" gr..."

"This is a keeper! Made only minor changes.
I seasoned my pork chops with sage, onion powder, no salt seasoning and pepper. In place of the sugar I used splenda.
Both the apples and pork were tender enough to cut with a fork and the family raved about it well after dinner. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing."

"Deliciously light.
I altered the recipe slightly. I used green onions because I had some I needed to use and added a cup of thawed chopped spinach because my family doesn't believe it's a quiche without spinach. :o. Also, since I added in the spinach I threw in another egg.

"So after reading all of the reviews I was too much of a chicken to actually make the full serving size recipe. I basically made a third of the recipe by eyeballing the ingredients. I used 2 packets of splenda, about 1/4 tsp of cocoa and about a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese.
Sharing my tiny portion with my son, we both dug in and agreed that this..."

"Never having eaten at PF Changs, I don't have anything to compare it to but believe I might be disappointed with the real thing. I made several changes to compensate for ingredient shortages and dietary needs but the end result was delicious. After doubling the recipe to suit my family I didn't have enough water chestnuts so I substituted thinly s..."

"This was super easy and I will make it again but maybe using a 1/2 cup less sugar. It was super sweet but that may just be our tastebuds. I used reduced and fat-free peanut butter, whipped topping and cream cheese and garnished with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (also reduced fat and chopped snickers bars."

"A wonderful fail-proof recipe! I omitted the celery, used 1/2 tablespoon less sugar and added a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning and a smidge of pepper. Instead of lettuce we opted for fresh spinach and a few slices of cherry tomatoes. It was quick as well as filling and will be a staple on my summer meal plan. Thanks for sharing!"

"After moving to a "culinarily" challenged region of the world I was ecstatic to find this recipe. Unfortunately I underestimated the shrinkage issue and ended up with 2 pie crust that barely covered the sides of my pie pans and not enough oreos to try it again. Initially I was going to rate 3 stars but after tasting my family and I decided that i..."
