    About Me

    I love my family of 2 (myself & hubby), and our cats :)

    I love the Lord, my Savior Jesus Christ.  I believe sharing a meal is a form of community and fellowship I am blessed to be able to build in our home!

    I work for an international exchange student program based here in SoConn, I really believe we are creating a better world for the future. 

    I am the music director at our church, and love piano, violin & singing.  I also like shopping, football, and relaxing outside with a good book.

    In Oct 09, hubby & I bought our house!  I moved from a tiny cove kitchen, to our beautiful home and my wonderful kitchen.  Our apartment had one combined living/dining space, and here I have a dining room - such a blessing!  So far I've cooked two Christmas and one Easter dinner for our families.  

    What I love about cooking is finding that delicious new recipe, and learning how to create or enhance flavor by adding simple ingredients, not more calories.
