    I';m rating with stars because I misread the ingredients and used garlic instead of onion (the kids were screaming). But it was fast and easy and inexpensive and the kiddos liked it! Glad they ate some peas with their pasta."

    Enjoyed this recipe. Really simple to make, delicious results, easy to modify for diet/health/preference. I substituted Splenda for Sugar and Apple Sauce for Butter. I used the optional salt and used about 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1-year-old twins LOVED the muffins. A fun treat for a breakfast-on-the-go!"

    These muffins turned out tasty, but they';re a bit crumbly and messy to eat (which is okay). I had to bake for 32 minutes instead of the 22-24 minutes in the instructions, and I think they might have benefited from a couple more minutes. Like that I had all of the ingredients in the house, so they were easy to put together."
