"Dh and I loved these cheesecake bars, they have just the right amount of sugar and lemon juice. Be sure to use fresh lemons, not the bottled stuff. "These cookies are scrumptious, very tender and buttery... I used half cake flour and half all purpose flour like kittencal.. I did use the vanilla. Also put one fourth pecan in center of each.
