    Reviewed Tomatillo and Lime Jam

"Used our first home grown tomatillos today, to make this jam. It is delicious. I will definitely plant tomatillos next year, so I can make enough Tomatillo and Lime Jam to can. One pound of tomatillos makes 1 pint of jam. The recipe is simple and the jam is a breeze to make. My DH loves it too."

    About Me

I love the outdoors and enjoy being with our family. I love to garden and have found so many excellent recipes on Recipezaar for our produce including canning and freezing. We put out a small orchard and berry patch last fall. Can't wait for the trees and berries to start producing. I'm sure I will find and submit more recipes. Thank You all.
