    Actually there aren't too many cuisines I don't love - but I try to stay healthy & fit so I mostly follow the South Beach Program. It's the best 'healthy eating' program I've ever tried! Altho I'm not a fan of the pre-packaged South Beach foods I have found a lot of great SB friendly recipes - most of them right here on Recipezaar. I am currently 'revamping' my favorite recipes to make them into a personal SB heart-friendly cookbook.
