"I doubled this. Used about 36 ounces of tomato sauce - plain. So it was only macaroni, beef, tomato sauce and cheese (used a mix of cheddar and italian - emptied out a few open bags in the fridge). Cooked in a big lasagna pan. Yum. Easy. Can't beat it."

"This was my first attempt with barley. I think I put it in the pot too early (it was mushy) - will probably wait until the last hour or so next time. Soup had great flavor and the meat was really tender. I don't think you needed the 2 tsp salt - the boullion had enough salt for us. I omitted the spinach. Did NOT cook the noodles - put them in raw. Used half mozerella and half italian blend cheese.
One word - YUM.
My kids gave it a 10. That NEVER happens on a first round new recipe."

Reviewed Pulled Pork (Crock Pot)
"I used 2 cans of Dr Pepper (from another recipe). Cooked overnight and all day. Was literally falling apart. I used a hickory/mesquite BBQ sauce (Jack Daniels brand).
Flavor was good, but a bit greasy (duh - its a pork butt). We like our pulled pork not quite so juicy. But it was good and easy."
