"I made this tonight and it was delicious. My whole family really enjoyed it. I layered the ingredients in a 9x13 pan rather than rolling the enchiladas. I used 16 oz of sour cream instead of 8 and a lot more cheese than what was called for. I'll definitely will be making it again. Thanks for posting!"

I love to cook, but hate to clean up.
In my family, especially on my husband's side, I'm known for my desserts. I love to bake. I learned most of my cooking, baking and entertaining skills from my Grandmother. She's got the magic touch though. She and I can make the exact same dish and hers will come out better every time!
I love good Tex-Mex and Mexican food. I also like Italian and Chinese. Oh face it, I just like to eat!
