    About Me

    I love to experiment in the kitchen. I didn't do any cooking for about 25 years, then back in 1997 - I got to it again and found I really enjoyed it and was a decent cook.

    Favorite Foods

    Salmon fixed just about any way - shrimp scampi and lobster thermidor. I make a couple of dishes that are my signature - one has italian sausage and chicken with some unusual twists to it, the other is my homemade meat sauce to serve over pasta or you can use it to make lasagne.
