    Reviewed Breakfast Burritos (Once a Month Cooking)

    "This recipe is awesome! I made plain and mexican-style versions for a Thanksgiving brunch and they were a huge hit. And even better than that, I had made the burritos about a week before the chaos hit, so only had to pull them out of the freezer to reheat before serving. Everyone left asking for the recipe.     "Having tried a few tilapia recipes lately, this is my favorite. The flavors complement the fish, but don't overpower it. It matches the gentle flavor of this mild white fish.
