    About Me

    Hi, I'm Natalia and I love reading, traveling, Fall, yoga & Pilates, creating nutritious meals for my family and encouraging others as they carve their own paths of joyful health.  

    I discovered this site in 2003 soon after I was married and started experimenting more in the kitchen.  My husband was a fantastic cook, but somehow lost his skills soon after we were married.  Hmmmm.  Thankfully, I've discovered that I love cooking with real ingredients and creating healthy recipes, so I'm glad to take on the task!

    We now have a 2 and a 6 year old and I am passionate about creating a healthy home life and teaching them to navigate the kitchen.  I also blog at where I share recipes and our positive discipline adventures.

    Favorite Foods

    I'm just going to rattle off some favorite foods in a stream of consciousness manner: lemons and limes on everything, red caviar on french bread, lox, borsch, margaritas, Panang curry, Mama's crepes and, of course, pizza!
