I was born and raised in Japan. My mother and grandmother loved cooking. They cooked for my family over 360days a year. I remember that three of us were always chatting in the kitchen while Granma was cooking miso soup. I was influenced a lot by them.
I have traveled all over Japan and have encountered many types of Japanese cuisine. Dreaming that I would one day be able to make these fantastic dishes, I started studying Japanese and French cuisine from a teacher who trained at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. After studying for three years, I moved to Boston with my husband.
Now, I am hosting Japanese/French cooking lessons at my place.
