"I have used this quite a few times, and sometimes change it up slightly based on who I'm cooking for. Some people don't care as much for soy sauce as I do, and for them I use 2 T soy sauce and either 2 T reduced-sodium beef broth, or 1 T worcestershire sauce and 1 T reduced-sodium beef broth. Made any of the ways though, it's a winner!"

"I have made this recipe before, and it is spot on to the Macaroni Grill version. The ONLY things I change are making my own homemade sauces (homemade marinara and an asiago cream sauce, which the restaurant usesand subbing diced roma tomatoes for the sundried tomatoes, I am not a big fan of those.Also, if you have a blender or food processor..."
