Talk about easy...threw the potatoes, broth, cream cheese and spices in the crock pot, turned it on high, came back a few hours later and used the potato masher to mash up the potatoes...instant YUMMY SOUP!"

"Wonderful sauce! I have to hide the chunks because my son is picky and if he knew onions were in there (which is absolutely necessary for any good pasta sauce he wouldn't eat it. So, insert the immersion blender and it becomes a thick, savory sauce, with no chunks! This is now my staple for marinara sauce...thanks for yet another GREAT recipe,..."

"This was VERY VERY GOOD! I followed the recipe with a couple of exceptions. I make my own spaghetti sauce and can it all summer long, so I used my own sauce.
