"I had to add an extra 1/4 cup of water to get the dough right. I let it rise one hour, punched it down and let it rise one more hour. It rolled out beautifly and made two pies. I paired it with the sauce recipe # 21202 from Bonnie Scott. I heated the oven and stone to 500` and baked 8 min. Next time I'll bake 10 for a crispier bottom. I will make ..."

"Very easy to prepare. I added a little sugar. The recipe is enough for three pies, so I froze the remander in two containers to be used at a later date."

"My Jewish husband was hungry for Latkes and this recipe was as close to his Mothers as I could get. Since it was Passover I used Matzo meal and served it with applesause. He already wants me to make them again."

"I used this for a 3 lb. bone in leg of lamb.I didn't have fresh rosemary on hand, so I used dried. I set my internal thermometer @ 145F let it sit for 10 min...."

"I made this for a super bowl party and served it with ribs. I did not use the Goya, instead I used the Chicken buillon, cumin and garlic powder as suggested by Carmine, and served it with yellow rice. It was a hit and tasted like the food I get at our local Cuban restaurant. I doubled the recipe so I could have left-overs. I will make this again."

"I made this for a dinner party and it was a hit. The Jack and chocolate give it a different twist. I served it with real whipped cream and chocolate almond decafe coffee. Yum Yum"

"I made this for a dinner party for my husbands birthday and it was a hit. The crust was the best I've had. Next time I would make more crust because of my large pie plate. I would also oil the pan to help release the pie. I did not use the vanilla bean but did use the vanilla and banana extract. I used the leftover half cup of cream, whipped it wi..."

"I found the recipe easy to make. The marinade went well with the blueberries. I will make this again, but I will eliminate the vinegar or maybe use Balsamic vinegar. I found the cider vinegar a little over overpowering. I served it with fresh greenbeans, glilled with olive oil and dill."

"I made this for a dinner party and it was a hit.I cut the chili paste in half, used less cornstarch , 2 eggs and substituted chicken for pork. It had enough heat, but each person could add more chili sauce if desired. I will make this again."
