     |  By ILuvRecipes

"3/31/10 Yum.. Yum.. Yum, really easy to make and modify.. I did not add the Green Peppers. I used Sosmix for the sausage and I spiced the whole thing up by adding red pepper flakes when I added the tomatoes. I found it needed about 2 cups of fluid, I used vegetable stock for that. Be generous with any of the seasoning and VOILA a most EXCELLENT..."

"Not sure what all the fuss is about. Made this sauce and it was ok, nothing 'Kickin" about it.. just ok. There has to be something better and I will keep looking. Sorry for the underwhelming review.. but I really do not know why this has so many highly rated reviews.. it is an AVERAGE Sauce."

"5/14/09 I have to agree with a couple of the Reviews.. The ingredients sounded fabulous.. as one person said.. "what's not to love" but when grilled the ingredients lost a lot of their flavour and the chicken DID toughen a little bit. I think maybe the Parmesan cheese was the issue. Next time I will take it out as the other ingredients stand well,..."

"2/16/09 I liked this a lot, it is a little milder in taste because of the Mayonaise, but you don't loose all that great Olive flavour. Very easy to make, great on crackers. I even spread a little on the end of celery. Yum."

"2/16/09 ****HUGE HIT** This pate was a big hit in my home, my 5 year olds could not get enough, they even covered celery in it and ate the celery! Thank you this is a keeper, light and fluffy great as a veggie dip or spread on toast, crackers etc. Very easy to make, I did not turn it out of it's dish, we just scooped it right up. Thank you for..."

"1/15/09 Scrumptious! - I have made a few of Kittencal's recipe's and they never disappoint. The batter on this is light and crunchy. The amount is very generous. I halved the recipe and it was still a generous volume of food. Thank you so much for posting, I will be making this again."

"1/6/09 Made this for dinner. It was deeelicious. I made the dumplings a little larger than a teaspoon size.. I should have also increased the cooking time for them.. Most turned out great but a couple were not cooked completley... my fault.. not the recipe.. I too felt it needed just a tad more salt but that was easily corrected at the table. I..."

Reviewed Quick and Easy Sauteed Imitation Crab

"12/4/08 This was ok. Only one 1 out of 4 in this family REALLY liked it. I am not a big fan of crab real or imitation, but was hoping to find a recipe that would change my mind. I found it rather bland and I was not that keen on the texture. It was really fast to make, but I doubt I will make it again."
