"Wonderful! I made this the first time and had them begging to make it again.Very simple and tasty. The lemonade flavor is not too strong. The icing is a bit sour but it compliments the cake perfectly!!This is a keeper that is perfect for company or when you just want something a bit sweet with a little tang."

The dough was fairly thick and it took an hour to bake.If you like banana bread that is moist and heavy, this is the equivalent! I am going to also try sweet potato in substitute for ..."

"Yum!I altered this a bit. I used a full box of spice cake mix and followed the directions on the box but omitted the oil. Then I added 1/2 tsp of orange zest, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I also used three 6 ounce jars of sweet potato baby food.Wonderful and moist.Made a large bundt cake.I drizzled a cream cheese frost on top. Very pret..."

"YUM!!I had to use two cans of sliced peaches (mostly drained because I didn't have preserves. I used all whole wheat flour since I was out of soy and old fashioned oats works just as well as quick oats!I also added cinnamon to the "batter" and on top before baking along with using chunky cinnamon applesauce. It turned out more like cobbler. ..."
