"Yumm! I totally understand why this is a 5 star dish!!! I do love bruschetta so I knew I would probably love this and I did. I just heated, diced, and tossed in pre-cooked Trader Joe's jalapeno spicy sausage for a little protein fresh basil is best here and I did need to add a little pasta water to moisten it up a bit at the end. Easy and tast..."

"Yay! We loved this especially the toasted quinoa. I used the chicken broth as others suggested I added black olives, chile powder, jalapenos, corn, and grilled diced chicken which I had marinated in tequila, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, and jalapenos- a real taste extravaganza!! Thanks for this healthy tasty dish I will use it often in many ways!"

"Made these for a camping trip-Oh man were they good I used a shallot instead of onions it is hard to tell when the chicken is done because it is dark from the marinade we did have a meat thermometer. Be sure to secure your packets well mine leaked I think because I didn't use enough foil-they were really big chicken breasts!! Thanks for this nice..."

I used a Mexican light cheese blend, soybean tortillas, diced rotisserie chicken, and added a tablespoon of salsa in the tortillas before wrapping them up, and black olives to the top. Thank you for this recipe it was a hit..."

"I tried so hard to like this dish. I can??t say for sure if my expectations were so high for these to taste just like PF Chang??s lettuce wraps (to us they didn??t so that maybe the reason we did not enjoy them. I think maybe if the chicken was marinated in teriyaki sauce or something before cooking it would add more flavor because even with..."

"This was a really good side dish with fish it helped to kick of my DH and my new low fat diet. I made this w/a brown and wild rice blend I found. I also added some chile powder, fresh garlic, and shallots instead of the onions. Thanks Ladypit!!"

"This dip was the best!!! I tweaked it a little to make it spicy for our taste and added about 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of juice from regular jarred jalapenos (not pickled and mixed that into the dip Wowza thanks for this recipe. Oh PS I froze leftovers in a freezer bag after being heated and it held up perfectly maybe even better the 2nd time around!"
