"Given that I've now made this bread on a weekly basis for the last six months, it's about time I rate it! This is by far the tastiest and most fail-proof whole wheat bread I've ever tried. It's incredibly light and fluffy. Slight changes: I use 1.33 units for one 9x5 pan, I use 1/4 cup of vital wheat gluten, and I let it rise for 30 mins. in a..."

"Spectacular. This will be the ONLY pancake recipe I will use from now on. I can't believe how light and fluffy they are given that they're 100% whole wheat. I used light vanilla soymilk and followed everything else to the letter. DO NOT add more liquid - they're perfection as is!"

"Phenomenal. I used almost all whole wheat flour and it still turned out soft, chewy and delicious. I also didn't have allspice, so I subbed in 1/4 tsp. each of black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground cloves instead of the 1 teaspoon of allspice. I also sprinkled a little extra sugar on top just after they came out of the oven. Turned out fa..."

"Wowwwwww this was amazing. I'm a vegetarian so I used Boca meat crumbles and my carnivore DH said it was one of the best things I've ever made. I also substituted fat free cottage cheese for the ricotta, and as a result I calculated only 330 calories per 1/8 of a 9x13 pan. Naturally, then, we each had two and a half pieces. Haha. :"

"Whoaaa....what a weird recipe! I was so skeptical, but it came out AMAZING!!! Just a tiny bit soggy, but that's probably because I over-cottage cheesed it. I'll try it again with a higher corn flakes: cottage cheese ratio. I threw in some bbq sauce and a splash of worchestershire for extra flavor. So good! Even my meat-loving DH LOVED it!"

"I used both chickpeas AND lentils (effectively doubling the legume count for a heartier dish and skipped the tomato sauce and Braggs since I didn't have either. I also added some cumin and some cayenne pepper because I prefer spicier curry. The peanut flavor came through beautifully and the coriander was a perfect touch. SO filling and yet SO ..."

"Oh. My. Goodness. This was phenomenal. My only complaint is that I ate three of them which was not what I intended for my diet. At least they're healthy! Perfect spice, perfect flavor, perfect texture and quite easy to make. I will make these again and again. Thank you!"

"This was excellent. I didn't have any potatoes so I substituted with butter beans which tasted quite good. I might add a little more curry powder next time, and it took a while to boil so did not need the full 20 minutes of simmer time after. I think this would also be good served over rice."
