    About Me

    Hi!
I am really glad that you have found the time to read this, as I love reading and learning all about the great cooks and people on RecipeZaar.
I live in England and spent nearly 6 years in Tucson Az. I love anything to do with food (obviously) and always end up going through the cookery books of anyone I am visiting.

    Favorite Foods

Whilst living in Az, I discovered Mexican and Southwestern cooking, bought a ton of cookery books and cook really enjoy trying out new recipes. I love Indian and Chinese food, and food cooked by someone else! I also adore anything chocolate. My dislikes include eggs (boiled, fried, omelettes, etc), offal, beetroot, celery, celeriac, turnips, and too many peas on my plate.
My husband doesn't eat meat and one of my kids is a vegetarian - the other is really picky, which can make life difficult, so I have to adapt meals to their requirements, substituting veggie products for instance.
We have a lovely big garden and grow lots of organic vegetables and fruit.
