    New Topic Cooking prime rib roast & other side dishes in Cooking Q & A

    "Hello all! I am planning on cooking a prime rib raost for Christmas & was wondering how to cook other side dishes in the oven. I see that all of recipes call for not opening the oven for several hours. During that last 45 minutes or so of reheating?? can i stop that process to put casserole or something in oven then continue with prime rib later..."
