"I made half of this recipe and used it as a dip for sugar snap peas, yellow peppers and yellow cherry tomatoes. What a healthy dish! I did cut back on the mint, just because of personal preference. Made for Went To The Market tag game. Thanks Deantini! :"

"This dip is so flavourful that I agree that you don't need to use it as a dip - just grab a spoon and dig in! I have used cucumber and plain ol' crackers to enjoy this as well. What a healthy treat!!! Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks rickoholic83!"

"I always have flax meal on hand and used it for this recipe. Because the flax absorbed quite a bit of the vinegar and water, I added more water. Otherwise, I made this recipe as listed and it is delicious! This dressing was great on a salad made of romaine, grape tomatoes and goat cheese. Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks Attain..."

"As far as smoothies go, they don't come any easier or tastier than this! I made this as listed and agree that it is better at room temperature - you can really taste all of the fresh fruit. Delish! Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks Attainable Health! :"

"What a tasty dish! I made this on parchment paper so I could have easily skipped the flour - it didn't really seem to add anything to the recipe. I used low fat mozzarella (twice the amount so it wasn't greasy at all. I also sliced some grape tomatoes and really liked them on this. Maybe some fresh herbs, sauteed mushrooms or some spina..."

"I didn't expect all of these great flavours from a seemingly simple recipe! I used large shrimp that I cooked and cut into quarters and made the recipe exactly as directed. This is fabulous just on its own, no need to have it on greens or with anything else! Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013. Thanks rickoholic83!"

"What a great dinner! The chimichangas ended up being puffy and crunchy and I would sneak more coleslaw in there next time as you can't even detect it. We enjoyed this with a simple salad and sour cream and picante sauce. I will absolutely make this dish again. Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC 2013."

"Exquisite! This was one of the quickest and easiest recipes I have ever made with results at this level. The sauce is amazing and I think that seasoning the salmon well was a great thing to do, since it's such a simple cooking method. We enjoyed this with rice. Made for Went To The Market tag game. Thanks I'mPat! :"

"Moist, delicious, banana-y goodness! Made as directed and I opted to add 1 cup of optional chocolate chips, which was a nice addition. This bread is a hit with my family and I will make it again. Made for my adopted chef for Spring PAC. Thanks Beautiful6arbage! :"

"Great flavour! We liked the taste of these burgers but I had a problem making them. When I added the sauce to the burger mixture, it became very soupy and the patties would not stay together. I cooked these in a pan which I'm glad I did because they would have gone right through the BBQ grates. I would either not add the sauce to the burgers ..."
