    About Me

I have an adult son with a hollow leg and a preteen daughter that thinks eating is a waste of time and spice is an abomination. So I have a never ending challenge every time I get into the kitchen. What can I fix that is healthy and filling for him but will tempt her palate? And that includes the Middle Eastern accents that I love so much. My husband enjoys about anything I cook so he lets me experiment to my heart's content plus he is excellent at creating different spice combinations and sauces to add to my recipes.

    Favorite Foods

Chocolate!!! I love curries, masalas, fish, sushi, spicy foods (Middle Eastern and Asian), but my all time favorite meal will have to be a home-grilled cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce and onion, onion rings, and a diet Dr. Pepper (with a slice of chocolate meringue pie for dessert)!
