Shared Recipe Gluten Free Cranberry Bread With Butter Sauce
"I love my mom's cranberry bread recipe and have missed it since I went gluten free. This new rendition comes pretty close, but I still need to tweak it a little."
Nov 10, 2012 on Food.com
"Quick and gluten-free" is my motto. My username, NoThyme2Cook describes me to a T. With all of my interests and my love of being outdoors, especially in my flower and herb gardens, recipes have to fit my schedule. My husband laughs because, though I may use a recipe to get a basic idea of what I want to cook, I NEVER follow it. Usually I just cook by the seat of my pants.
I love to cook soup. I could eat soup 2 meals a day if the rest of the family would go along. Second to soup, I guess my next favorite thing is trying new twists on fresh veggies.

"Made with gluten free flour, whole oats, and the fiber left after juicing oranges, carrots, and cranberries, this is a moist and delicious breakfast bread or dessert."
