    Reviewed Hash Brown Quiche

"Another keeper! How much easier can it get? Just for the heck of it (and because I had some), I included a small handful of fresh spinach leaves. This quiche will now be my "go to" quiche for breakfast. Thanks Paula, for another yummy recipe!""

    Reviewed Ultimate Coffee Cake

"Paula, Paula, Paula! I made this (put together on Friday night) on Saturday morning and my family LOVED it. I used the frozen Bridgford "Parkerhouse Style Rolls" which has 24 in a package. My bundt pan is a little larger than some, so I used the whole package. I also sprinkled in a little cinnamon. This was so easy to make, and I was so happy ""

    Reviewed Irish Beer Cheddar Soup

"I agree with most of the other reviewers...this is NOT the same recipe that was on the show, and why make something that not only has bad reviews but isn't even comparable to what was actually on the show?? What a disappointment and a slap in the face to Blackthorn's!
If a restaurant isn't willing to give out their "actual" recipe, then so be it.""

    Favorite Foods

This would be Mexican, Italian and Mediterranean without a doubt!
I also love a great Steak dinner. My favorite restaurants include Rocky Point in Carmel, Ca., The Chart House in Monterey, Ca., and some of our local places here in Fresno...Richard's, Tahoe Joe's, Yoshino's, DiCicco's, Campagnia and Phoenician Garden. I think my favorite "chain" type restaurants would have to be The Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Claim Jumper and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. Another out of town favorite would have to be Capitol Grill in Las Vegas...can't go to Vegas without a meal at Capitol Grill.
