Reviewed Andrea Spadoni's Deluxe Grilled Cheese

"What a delicious way to eat a grilled cheese sandwich!
The combo of cheeses is just yummy.
I couldn't decide which type of mustard to use ( American, English, French, Grain...). I plumped for Dijon, and although it tasted good, I personally would have liked it slightly stronger, so either more of it, or be brave and go for the Hot English!..."

Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Filled Tortilla Cups

"Such an easy little appetiser...and so delicious too!
I used Louisiana Hot Sauce ( all I had)...and although it was on the fiery side, we enjoyed it..I did, however, have to warn others...and those I didn't get to in time....well, it was fun to see their reactions!!
Like other reviewers...I too found it a little salty...possibly due to the ..."

Shared Recipe Zucchini, corn and Coriander Fritters

"These little fritters are great cooked on the barbecue hotplate or in a pan...a cunning way of also sneaking some veggies into unsuspecting little ones!
NB. if you use low fat ricotta, you will need to use a little extra flour to the mixture, as it's a little more liquid than regular ricotta."

Shared Recipe Lean-And-Mean Texas Barbecue Sauce

"If you like a sauce that is spicy but not too sweet..this is it.
Great for brisket, but works well on steak, pork, chicken and burgers too."

    Favorite Foods

I love to eat full stop...its not just about filling your tummy its the whole experience.

As far as I am concerned there are just not enough mealtimes in this life to eat all of the dishes that I want to try,as well as eat some, more than once!!

We love Asian food (my mother is Chinese!), but we eat everything from Italian to Mexican, British to American and anything and everything inbetween.
All of my listed recipes have been tried, tested and enjoyed by my family,so I can help anybody who needs help with them!

Thanks to all of you whose recipes I have made and loved-my waistline will never be the same again!!
