    "YUM! I'm a quiche lover anyway, and a vegetarian. The addition of the pepperoni makes a huge difference. I used red peppers instead of green for a bit sweeter taste at a recent dinner party. Noone knew it was vegetarian! Wonderful recipe emma!"

    "Tasted great once we got the right consistency. Had to cut back the flour to 2 cups and increase the water by 1/2 cup. Someone commented that it could have used a dash of salt.Other than that it was great. We used red and orange bell peppers, mushrooms, onion and carrots. Everyone enjoyed being able to create their own dinner to their tast..."

    "We really enjoyed this recipe, but it can be a bit tempermental if you've never made caramel before.One thing that I've discovered is that it takes a while for the sugar solution to start browning, but once it does it happens pretty quickly. Be ready with the cream. I wasn't and my batch turned a little bitter.Other than that we had a gr..."
