"Tasted great once we got the right consistency. Had to cut back the flour to 2 cups and increase the water by 1/2 cup. "We really enjoyed this recipe, but it can be a bit tempermental if you've never made caramel before.One thing that I've discovered is that it takes a while for the sugar solution to start browning, but once it does it happens pretty quickly.
