"This was DELICIOUS! I saut?ed the cabbage with some garlic cloves and added thyme, then mixed the soy sauce with dijon mustard. I will certainly make this again--good luck to everyone who tries this diet, it's been a Godsend for me! :"

"This was a great addition to our Thanksgiving menu--so tasty and easy to prepare! I gilded the lily a bit by saut?ing some vegetarian sausage crumbles and adding them to the rest of the ingredients. Will certainly make this again--all year round!"

"I have made this recipe several times already and our household has always enjoyed it. I also appreciate that it's low in fat but certainly not low on taste! Easy to prepare in the crockpot. I have also used 1/2 package of onion soup mix instead of the salad dressing mix and that also comes out very tasty. Thanks for posting!"

"A nice simple recipe that was a great accompaniment to chicken. In the interest of cutting out fat, I just sprinkled the parmesan cheese on top and that was good enough. Easy, delicious, and will make again!"

"I was so glad to find a healthy recipe to add to my collection. The only modifications I made were to use ground chicken instead of turkey and dill instead of the rosemary, since I didn't have any. It tasted great and will be made again! Thanks for posting!"

"This was an EXCELLENT sauce but I did make some major modifications. I used marinated roasted red peppers out of the jar and saut?ed everything in just a scant teaspoon of oil and some Pam cooking spray as we are counting fat grams in our household. My biggest decision was to omit the broth altogether and just blend everything up in a food process..."

"I'm new to fat-free cooking, so when I found this recipe I was delighted. It's so great to have something quick and easy to fall back on that won't compromise my new style of eating. My scale and my cholesterol readings thank you!
P.S. I'm also going to send this recipe to Paula Deen."

"An absolutely tasty dish. Here are my modifications: First of all, I was too lazy to saut? anything, so I dumped it all in the crockpot. I omitted all of the oil and butter as I'm looking to eliminate as many fat grams as possible--they weren't missed. Left out the tomatoes, added a bottle of clam broth to the mix as well as a whitefish filet inst..."

"My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't use any wine, but a can of low fat cream of celery soup, half a can of chicken broth, and the juice of half a lemon made a terrific sauce along with the required spices. I used carrots and broccoli as my vegetables. This was quick, easy and tasty and will be made again! Thanks for posting!"

"I had to modify this recipe by adding an extra clove of garlic and an extra 1/2 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning and the recipe was still too bland for our family's preference. I think the issue is with the fat free ricotta as I noticed that it didn't have as nearly as much taste as the regular kind, which is disappointing because I wanted a low fa..."
