I Love Italian food, Thai,Morrocan and Portuguese food and some good old British Classics such as Bread Pudding and lemon Meringue pie!I adore fresh herbs.especially Basil and Coriander.Garlic and lemons are a favourite of mine to cook with too.
My vegetable dishes are popular,I,m known for my soup and muffin recipes amongst Family and friends.Now we live at the coast I do try to cook more seafood but my DH and sons are comitted carnivores!
I don,t like offal except chicken livers! and I can,t abide game of any sort which is a bit of a shame faced confession for someone who lives in Africa!
