    About Me

I have enjoyed cooking intermittently, but only the quick and easy kind. Fortunately (or you could say un-fortunately) cooking is passion for my husband so he has been the chef in my family.
I'm not sure what has happened but all of the sudden my cooking is more inspired. I "get" using spices and other flavorings . I "repaired" some frozen boneless chicken wings recently by adding a combination of spices and parmesan cheese. My husband made a marinara sauce to dip them in and WOW! Even my husband was impressed.
